复发性腱鞘囊肿手术治疗体会

Experience in operative treatment of recurrent ganglion cysts

目的探讨复发性腱鞘囊肿的治疗方法。方法 2005年1月-2014年12月对收治的32例复发性腱鞘囊肿,采用手术切除囊肿、电刀烧灼残留囊壁、关节囊修复及骨囊腔植骨填塞等综合方法治疗。结果 29例治愈,治愈率达到90.63%。结论手术切除囊肿、电刀烧灼残留囊壁、关节囊修复及骨囊腔植骨填塞等综合治疗方法能有效降低复发性腱鞘囊肿的再次复发。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic method of recurrent ganglion cysts. Methods From January 2005 to December 2014, 32 patients with recurrent ganglion cysts were treated by comprehensive measure including operation to remove a cyst, burning the residual sac wall with electric knife, repairing the joint capsule and packing cystic cavity of bone with bone grafting. Results Twenty-nine cases of patients had been cured, the cure rate reached 90.63%. Conclusion It is effective to prevent the recurrent ganglion cysts to recur again by the comprehensive measure including operation to remove a cyst, burning the residual sac wall with electric knife, repairing the joint capsule and packing cystic cavity of bone with bone grafting.
