摘要
本文研究了瞬态热边界条件的处理方法,以ANSYS CFX软件为平台,提出了一种自定义权系数的方法,并利用软件自带的step函数构建权系数的表达式,用于描述全时段内某一边界区域的瞬态换热边界数据,最终应用该方法对某涡轴发动机涡轮叶片成功加载了边界条件,完成了瞬态热分析,为今后发动机零件的三维瞬态热分析提供了参考。
A method based on ANSYS CFX for loading transient heat transfer boundary condition was presented in this paper. The variation of boundary conditions during a full period of time was described by a user defined function varying with several weights in association with CFX self-own step function. This method was successfully used by transient thermal analysis for a typical cooled turbine blade and can be applied to the 3D transient thermal analysis for other engines.
