摘要
本实验选取"蜂强1号"意蜂33群,福州本地意蜂30群,每群分别测定10只工蜂的形态指标(吻长、前翅长、前翅宽等34个形态指标),同时分别测定两个意蜂蜂种的11个蜂群(每个蜂群抽取5~6只)刚出房工蜂的初生重。实验结果表明:两个意蜂蜂种34个形态指标中,19个指标差异极其显著(P<0.01),5个指标差异显著(P<0.05),刚出房工蜂初生重差异极其显著(P<0.01);两个蜂种的工蜂吻长、前翅面积、3+4背板长等重要形态指标差异极其显著(P<0.01),且"蜂强1号"意蜂大于福州本地意蜂。这些结果表明"蜂强1号"意蜂的采集力可能大于福州本地意蜂。
In this study, we selected 33 colonies of "Fengqiang No. 1" Italian bees (Apis mellifera) and 30 colonies of Fuzhou local Italian bees (Apis mellifera). The morphological indexes (length of the tongue, length of the wings, width of the wings and other 34 indexes) of I0 worker bees were measured and analyzed by each colonies. Meanwhile, the birth weight of worker bees in 11 colonies (5-6 workers per colony) of these two Italian bee strains was determined. The results showed that the difference of 19 indexes was extremely significant and difference of other 5 indexes was significant among the 34 morphological indexes of these two strains; the birth weight of new emerged workers was extremely significant. Besides, the tongue, the area of the wings and the 3+4 tergum length were extremely different between the length of the two strains, with "Fengqiang No. 1" Italian bees greater than the native bee. This result implies that the foraging capability of"Fengqiang No. 1" might be better than that of Fuzhou local Italian bees.
