摘要
总结了阴茎癌行腹股沟淋巴结清扫术的快速康复护理体会。具体内容包括术前阴茎肿瘤部位的皮肤护理、心理护理、术前准备以及术后手术部位的防护、管道护理、皮瓣护理、体位及活动指导、预防压疮及下肢循环障碍、疼痛管理、饮食指导、出院指导。认为实施快速康复围手术期管理有利于促进患者康复,减轻患者术后不适,缩短术后住院时间,且不影响手术的安全性。
The paper summarizes the fast recovery nursing of penis carcinoma patients after inguinal lymph node dissection. The nursing ac- tions include preoperative skin nursing, mental nursing, preoperative preparation, the protection of operative site, pipeline care, nursing of skin flap grafting, position and exercise nursing, prevention of pressure sore and lower limb circulation disorder, pain management, diet introduction, and discharge instruction. Believe that application of fast recovery nursing on penis carcinoma patients after inguinal lymph node dissection can promote the rehabilitation, release the postoperative discomfort, shorten the hospital stay.
