摘要 目的在全垂直管理体系指导下,探索建立以岗位工作数量、质量和服务为主体,以激励为导向的综合医院健康体检中心护理绩效考核办法。方法根据健康体检中心护理岗位特点,确立关键绩效指标,通过His、Lis系统提取健康体检中心相关工作数据,对其进行测算、分析和比较评价,检验考核指标的科学性、客观性和可行性,实施绩效考核分配。结果实现了护理人员绩效与经济效益脱钩,体现了岗位价值、劳动强度、风险程度。结论该绩效考核方式符合公立医院改革要求,体现健康体检中心的特点,平衡体检中心与临床绩效差距,提高了护理人员工作效率。 Objective Under the guidance of the vertical management system, we explore the establishment of a nursing performance evalua- tion system in the general hospital health check-up center with the number of jobs, quality and service as the main body and incentive, ori- ented. Methods Based on the nursing post characteristics of the health examination center, the key performance indicators were estab- lished. The His, Lis system was used to extract the relevant staff data of the health examination center, and the data were calculated, ana- lyzed and compared. Test the performance of scientific indicators, objectivity and feasibility, the implementation of performance appraisal al- location. Results It achieved the performance of the nursing staff and economic benefits decoupling, reflects the job value, labor intensity, risk level. Conclusion The performance evaluation method is in line with the requirements of public hospital reform, reflects the character- istics of the health examination center, balances the gap between the medical examination center and clinical performance, and improves the work efficiency of nursing staff.
