摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低门诊血液透析患者身份识别差错率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,以降低门诊血液透析患者身份识别错误率为主题,进行现状调查,要因分析,制定对策并予以实施。结果品管圈活动后门诊血液透析患者身份识别差错率降低(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动显著降低了门诊血液透析患者身份识别差错率,值得临床运用。
Objective To explore the effects of reducing the error rate of personal identification in outpatients with maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods The quality control circle was established . The topic of ＂reducing the rate of mistake of personal identification in outpa- tients with maintenance hemodialysis＂ was confirmed. We investigated the present status and analysis the key factors. Countermeasures were founded and carried out. Results After the implementation of identification control management, the rate of identification were decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Quality control group can significantly decreased the rate of personal identification in hemodialysis outpatients , and it＇s worth to be utilized in clinic work.
