国际竞争加剧、国内竞争深化、中国特色社会主义现代化建设的新形势要求深化放管服改革,营造国际化、法治化、便利化的营商环境。深化放管服改革的主要目标是全面建设国际化、法治化、便利化的国际一流营商环境。为此,我们要采取切实措施,即:持续简政放权、打造国际化市场环境,加强监管创新、打造法治化竞争环境,优化政府服务、打造便利化公共环境。

The new situation of intensified international competition, deepening domestic competition and socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics call for deepening the reform of streamlining administration, delegating power, strengthening regulation, improving services, and creating an international, rule based and facilitative business environment. The main goal of deepening the reform is to build an international, legal and convenient international business environment. For this reason, we should take effective measures, i.e. to continue streamlining administration and delegating power, create an international market environment, strengthen regulation inno- vation, create a rule-based competitive environment, optimize government services and create a convenient public environment.
