摘要
为了对光谱分析仪采集的光谱数据进行实时、准确、有效的导出及处理,应用LabVIEW图形化编程语言对日本Advantest公司Q8344A型光谱仪进行了控制程序设计,结合硬件形成了一套光谱自动测试系统,该系统不仅测试自动化程度高,测量范围宽,具有很强的数据处理功能,而且能根据测试对象不同的需求改变测量方案。结合C+L波段的ASE光源,对波长范围在1 520μm^1 610μm的光谱图像进行了分析,验证了程序的可行性。实验结果表明,该系统为光谱分析仪的实验操作提供了一个新的途径。
In order to get the real-time, accurate and effective export and processing of the spectral data collected by the spectrum analyzer,the control program of Q8344A spectrometer of Japan Advantest Company was designed by using LabVIEW graphical programming language, combined with the hardware to form a spectrum of automatic test system. The system is with high automation, wide measuring range and powerful function for data processing, and it can alter measuring plan by the different requests of measuring object. Combined with the C+L-band ASE source, the spectral image acquisition of the wavelength range from 1 520μm to 1 610 μm was carried out to verify the feasibility of the program. The experimental results show that the system provides a new way for the experimental operation of the spectrum analyzer.
