摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定乳制品中乳果糖的方法。通过调节样品溶液的p H值到1.7和4.5除去样品中蛋白质,采用氨基色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,用蒸发光散射检测器检测,在质量浓度为0.01~10.0 mg/m L内具有良好的线性关系,回收率在92.0%~103.5%,精密度(RSD)为2.98%~5.56%,检出限为0.04 mg/g。该方法可用于乳制品中乳果糖的日常监测。
A method for determination of lactulose in dairy products by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. Protein in dairy products were mostly eliminated by adjusted pH to 1.7 and 4.5, separated on NH2 column with a mixed solution ofacetoni- trile-water as mobile phase by gradient elution, and detected with a evaporative light-scattering detector (ELSD). The sugar had good lineari- ties with 0.01 - 10.0 mg/mL. The recovery were 92.0% - 103.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 2.98%- 5.56%, the minimum detectable values were 0.04 mg/g. The method can be used for the routine analysis oflactulose in dairy products.
