论中国特色社会主义政治经济学的方法论品性与理论品格——基于《资本论》的视角

On Methodological Nature and Theoretical Character of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics——Based on the Das Kapital perspective

把握好中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论核心的出发点,在于将其视为马克思主义政治经济学的"中国版"和21世纪的"当代马克思主义经济学"。必须系统研究马克思主义工作体系中"方法论规范"与"理论规范"的辩证结合关系及其一般推进机理,并将其引入对中国特色社会主义政治经济学规范的针对性研究中。依据《资本论》的工作规范,中国特色社会主义政治经济学可以具体化在"方法论品性"和"理论品格"层面进行深入精细的研究。也就是说,中国特色社会主义政治经济学方法论原则上可以构造为"革命性+本土性+具象性"的品性结构;相应的,具有四种有机推进的理论品格,即继承发展品格、传承和创新品格、与时俱进品格及开放生成和兼容并蓄品格。这一研究路线支持了以"实践创新、理论开放"为取向的中国理论经济学教科书体系建设,进而产生"双重中心、双重体用"的实践化体系共生现象。《资本论》、中国特色社会主义政治经济学、现代西方经济学的"体用并举"将会使中国方案、中国智慧更富有学科底蕴与科学气魄。

The starting point of grasping the core of the theory of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is to regard it as the ＂Chinese version＂of Marxist political economy and the ＂modern Marxist economics＂of the 21 st century. We must systematically study the dialectical binding relationship between the＂methodological norms＂and ＂theoretical norms＂in the Marxist work system and its general evolutionary mechanism and introduce them into the targeted research on the socialist political economy norms with Chinese characteristics. According to the Das Kapital work norms,the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics can be concretely studied at the level of ＂methodological nature＂and ＂theoretical character＂. In other words,the methodology of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics can in principle be constructed as a character structure of ＂revolutionary ＋ indigenous ＋ figurative＂; accordingly,there are four kinds of theoretical characters that are organically promoted,namely,inherit and develop character,inheritance and innovation character,develop with the times character and open and compatible character. This research line supports the construction of the Chinese theoretical economics textbook system with the orientation of ＂practical innovation and theoretical openness＂,and then produces a symbiosis of the ＂dual-centered,dual-purpose＂practical system. Das Kapital,the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the comprehensive use of modern western economics will make the Chinese program and Chinese wisdom richer in subject knowledge and scientific spirit.
