摘要 心肌素(Myocardin)通过与血清反应因子(SRF)结合成蛋白复合物,调节具有cArG-box基因的转录,主要介导心肌细胞及平滑肌细胞的分化。Myocardin表达与活性异常与许多心血管疾病密切关联。该文主要对Myocardin分子结构亚型、表达及活性调节的研究进展进行了综述。 Myocardin regulates the transcription of downstream genes archived with CArG-box through cooperation with serum response factor(SRF), and mainly mediates the differentiation of cardiomyocytes and smooth muscle cells. The abnormalities of myocardin expression and activity are closely related to many cardiovascular diseases. This paper aims to summarize the advances on the molecular subtypes, expression and regulatory mechanisms of myocardin.
