依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血清相关细胞因子水平的影响

Clinical efficacy of the edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on serum cytokine level

目的研究依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的临床疗效及对血清相关细胞因子水平的影响。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。在常规治疗上,治疗组使用依达拉奉联合丹参注射液治疗,对照组使用依达拉奉注射液,14 d为1个疗程。两组治疗前后抽取患者血样检测血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子水平(TNF-α),评定神经功能缺损及日常生活能力,分析临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者的各项血清相关细胞因子的指标均显著下降(P<0.01或0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的分数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组日常生活活动量表(ADL)分数则明显高于对照组(P<0.01),临床症状改善程度亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗ACI比单用依达拉奉的疗效更佳,能有效保护神经元,促进患者神经功能与日常生活能力的恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on serum cytokine level.Methods A total of 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Treatment Group and Control Group,40 cases in each group.During the treatment of two weeks,based on the conventional therapy,the Treatment Group was given edaravone combined with Danhong injection while the Control Group was given edaravone.The blood of the two groups was sampled before and after the treatment to detect the Hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,and the NHISS and ADL were tested to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results Compared with the Control Group,the Treatment Group has significantly decreased serum cytokine level（P〈0.01 or0.05）and significantly lower NIHSS score（P〈0.01）.The improvement of clinical symptoms of the Treatment Group was superior to the Control Group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of edaravone combined with Danhong injection can effectively improve symptom and prognosis of ACI patients,effectively protect the neuron,and promote the recovery of nerve function and the ability of daily life.
