摘要
《慈善法》的正式施行对慈善组织监管带来深刻影响。本文在对《慈善法》主要制度创新进行阐释的基础上,着重分析了中国慈善组织监管的现状、特征及其面临的关键挑战,提出《慈善法》实施后慈善组织监管机制与体系有效构建的因应策略。
The formal implementation of the Charity Law has exerted profound impact on charity organization supervision. Based on the discussion of the innovation of main regulations in the Charity Law, this paper deeply analyzes the current status and characteristics of Chinese charity organization supervision, and key challenges that current supervision mechanism is facing. Then, are proposed in response to constructing mechanism and system for Chinese charity organization supervision.
