不同焊丝对MIG电弧钎焊接头性能影响

摘要 采用手工MIG电弧钎焊工艺对SUS304不锈钢与Q355GNHD耐候钢异种薄板对接接头进行3种焊丝的对比试验。结果表明,Cu Si3钎料在SUS304不锈钢和Q355GNHD耐候钢上的润湿性最好,在SUS304不锈钢上的润湿系数为4.02,在Q355GNHD耐候钢上的润湿系数为3.62。Cu Al8钎料接头的外观成形好,缺陷较少。综合考虑,在焊接Q355GNHD耐候钢和SUS304不锈钢薄板异种钢接头时选用Cu Al8最为适宜。 By using the manual MIG arc brazing,three kinds of brazing wires were tested for tile butt joint of SUS304 stainless steel and Q355GNHD weather resistant steel. The results showed that the wettability of CuSi3 showed the highest value and the vaule was 4.02 on the SUS304 stainless steel and 3.62 on the Q355GNHD weather resistant steel. The CuA18 brazed joints showed regular surface with lower defects. So the CuA18 wire is more suitable than the other two wires for brazing the two kinds of materials.
