摘要 信息技术的应用对工业领域产生了深远影响,唐山松下将数字化、网络化技术与焊接设备相结合,推出了信息化焊接管理系统i Weld。经过十多年发展,i Weld完成了从1.0版本到5.0版本的蜕变,并在多个细分行业取得了广泛的市场应用,积累了丰富的经验。介绍i Weld在高速列车焊接行业的应用案例,结合用户实际需求和发展方向,提出针对性的方案。通过焊接设备信息化改造、生产任务执行流程优化、产品焊接品质保障、数据挖掘等手段实现精益化车间运营、提质增效的最终目的,为客户在智能制造转型的道路上提供帮助。 The application of information technology has a great impact oil the industrial field. Panasonic Welding Systems (Tangshan) Co.,Ltd., (PWST) combines digital technology and information technology in welding equipment,and develops an information welding management system "iWeld". After more than 10 years of development,iWeht has completed the transition from version 1 to 5,made extensive ,narket applications in muliple segments,and accumulated rich experience. This paper introduces the application case of iWeht in the welding industry of high-speed train,which is a targeted scheme according to the actual demand and development direction of the user. Finally realize the ultimate goal of lean workshop operation,quality improvement and efficiency in information transformation of welding equipment,optimization of production task execution flow,guarantee of product welding quality and data mining ways, and help customers move forward on the goal of intelligent manufacturing transformation.
