摘要 在轨道交通制造业中,由于焊接设备数量多、分布范围广,造成现场生产管理、焊接质量的监管与追溯等困难。为加强企业对焊接过程的管理,以手工焊机为最小单元,建立服务器和焊接设备之间的网络系统,实现工厂局域网与焊接设备信息的互联互通。通过网络化焊接数据智能管理系统的构建,结合成本优化、考核依据等方面因素,在提高效率、提升产品质量的同时,保证信息通信的及时性、可靠性、准确性。 In the manufacturing industry of rail transit,due to a large number of and wide distribution of welding equipment,it is difficuh to supervise and trace the production management and welding quality. In order to strengthen the management of welding process in the aluminum alloy plant,a network was build between the server and welding equipment to achieve the factory LAN and welding equipment information interoperability based on the manual welding machine as the smallest unit in this paper. Through the constntction of intelligent management system of network welding data,combination of factors such as cost optimization and examination basis.the efficiency and the quality of products,can be improved. Meanwhile,the timeliness,the reliability and the accuracy of infor,uation and communication also can be ensured.
