摘要
研究S355J2W+N钢焊接接头返修焊的金相组织,分析不同返修次数的焊缝区和热影响区组织特征。结果表明,返修焊对焊缝表层和底层的金相组织无明显影响。随着返修次数的增加,焊缝金属中的珠光体组织逐渐变细,铁素体晶粒有所长大。返修焊次数一定时,沿接头厚度方向由上到下HAZ粗晶区中针状铁素体呈减少趋势,HAZ不完全正火区晶粒大小不均,组织保留了母材的轧制态特征。
Studies the S355J2W+N microstructure in S355J2W+N welded joint by repair welding,analyzes the characteristics of weld zone and heat affected zone through different times of repair welding. The results show that the microstructure of upper layer and the bottom are not influenced apparently by repair welding. As the increase of the times of repair welding pearlite in the weld metal tapers, ferrite grain grows up. When welded by the same times,from top to bottom along the thickness of the joint direction,HAZ acicular ferrite in the coarse grain zone has a tendency to reduce,HAZ incomplete uneven grain size are normalized area,the organization has kept rolling state characteristics of the parent metal.
