摘要 针对转向架横梁组成生产过程中横梁管与纵向梁焊缝因根部熔深不够导致返修的问题,区别于以往依靠大电流来增加熔深的方法,提出利用自动焊接机器人的优势,通过采用手工焊接不易操作的拉弧焊接、特殊命令调整电弧形状、不同焊缝层道采用不同船型角度等手法进行板管T型接头的焊接,从而达到增加焊接熔深而不额外增加电流的目标,进而减小焊接应力与焊接变形,为同类焊缝自动化焊接提供参考。 This paper aims at the problem of the repeated repair in welding of bogie beam tube and longitudinal beam when face in the weld depth isn't enough. It is different from the way in the past in which increase the current to add the welding depth. This paper proposes that use the advantage of automatic welding robot. To weld the plate of T joint through using the methods of the welding of pull the arc which it is hard to manual welding,using the special command to adjust arc shape,using the different welding position when welding the different layer. It is achieve the target that only increase welding depth but no additional current,and reduced the welding stress and welding deformation, which it can be useful for the similar welds of automatic welding robot.
