摘要 介绍高速动车组司机室全铝合金三维空间焊接结构,详细阐述司机室的焊接技术、司机室组成及部件焊接技术难点。针对司机室前墙中厚板焊接时容易产生气孔、焊缝成形不良,导致司机室前墙焊后变形,司机室独特的三维空间结构焊接后容易导致三维曲面车顶局部产生波浪变形,司机室整体外轮廓尺寸超差及司机室内侧仰焊焊缝质量不好等问题,深入研究司机室的焊接工艺,分析焊接问题产生原因,制定合理的工艺措施,有效保证了司机室焊接质量满足设计使用要求。 Structure of aluminum alloy driver's cab on high speed EMU was introduced. The welding technique and welding difficulty of the driver's cab and components was elaborated in detail. Aiming at eliminating porosity and irregular surface of welds in medium thick board,and distortion in the front wall. Its complex 3D space structure caused locality wave distortion on the three-dimensional curved roof and outer contour size of the aluminum alloy driver's cab was unqualified,bad welding quality of over-head position welding in driver's cab,further studied the welding process of the cab,analyzed the causes of welding problems,and formulated reasonable process measures, effectively ensuring the welding quality of the cab to meet the design and operation requirements.
