摘要
为了解决"复兴号"动车组列车车体研制过程中侧裙板焊缝在底架组成工序发生开裂问题,分析可能原因,确认了侧裙板组成开裂产生的主要及次要原因,即设计结构问题为主要原因,侧裙板在底架组焊过程中的不当操作为诱因。针对以上原因对侧裙板焊缝进行优化,提升了焊缝的承载能力和焊缝质量,其中焊缝的承载能力理论上提升50%。铝合金薄板焊接结构中焊缝的有效熔深不宜小于3 mm,应尽量采用全熔透焊缝,以保证焊缝的承载能力。
To solve the cracking problem of the side apron plate generated in the underframe manufacture process of "Fuxing" EMU, tile possible causes were analyzed. The primary and secondary causes of the cracking were confirmed by analysis.The structural design problem is the primary reason and the improper operation during the side apron plate installation process is the secondary reason. For those reasons,the welding procedure of the apron plate had been optimized and the quality of the weld had been increased. The bearing capacity of the weld had been increased 50% in theory. It is also concluded that the effective joint penetration should not be less than 3mm in the aluminum alloy sheet welded structure,and complete penetration welding process should be used to ensure the bearing capacity of the welds.
