摘要
以铝制高速列车上的垂直墙为例,分析整体焊接工件焊接变形难以满足平面度和垂直度的要求,需要多次机械调修和火焰调修配合才能调整至合格。采用多种焊接变形控制方法,即划部件装配控制平面度、3D平台设置定位块和压卡控制尺寸、做反变形控制垂直度、合理调整焊接方法,均能有效控制焊接变形,使得垂直墙焊后微调或者不调修即可满足要求,不但提高了一次生产产品质量,还能节能减排,提高生产效率,对其他工件生产具有重要的指导意义。
In case of vertical sidewall of aluminum high-speed train,overall welding workpieces are analyzed whose flatness and vertical degree cannot meet the requirements. The workpieces can be qualified after mechanical adjustment and fire adjustment for several times. While welding deformation of workpieces who use a variety of controlling methods can be controlled effectively thus meeting the requirements without adjustment or little. This method can not only improve the product quality and production efficiency but also reduce waste emission. Guidance can he provided for production of other workpieces.
