摘要
以某轨道车辆项目某型材组焊件为例进行焊接生产试验并测量和总结,从型材尺寸精度、焊前装配质量、定位焊强度和型材断面结构设计等方面进行系统的讨论,分析并概括这些因素对型材焊后错边的影响,确定导致铝合金型材焊后错边的主要因素是型材的断面结构设计不合理。最后提出几种铝合金轨道车辆型材焊接时适合采用的型材断面结构,采用此类型材断面结构进行焊接,可以有效地避免焊后错边的产生,提高工件的整体质量和生产效率。
The welding test was conducted or carried out on one profile component of one railway vehicle ,and the results were measured and analyzed. The effect of size precision,the quality of assembling,the strength of tack welding and the profile section on the linear misalignment in the process of welding of aluminum alloy profiles for railway vehicles were synthetically discussed, at the same time, the reasonable profile section was proposed,which can effectively avoid the generation probability of linear misalignment and improve the welding quality and the production efficiency.
