蓖麻RcWRI1基因表达分析及生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 WRINKLED1(WRI1)是成熟拟南芥种子中油脂积累的重要调节蛋白,是植物特异转录因子家族(AP2/EREBP)的一个成员,其靶基因主要参与脂肪酸合成和糖酵解,因而在植物脂肪酸合成和积累中起着重要的作用。通过半定量分析了蓖麻中与拟南芥WRI1同源的RcWRI1、RcWRI3和RcAIL5基因在叶片及种子不同发育时期的表达量。结果显示在叶片中RcWRI1和RcAIL5基因有少量表达,RcWRI3无表达;在种子发育过程中,RcWRI3基因仅在种子发育前期表达,RcWRI1和RcAIL5基因在发育过程中表达量先增大后减小,其中RcWRI1的表达量较高。并进一步对RcWRI1、RcWRI3、RcAIL5进行生物信息学分析。 WRINKLED1 (WRI1) is an important regulator of oil accumulation in mature Arabidopsis tholiana seeds and a member of the plant specific transcription factor family (AP2/EREBP). Its target genes are mainly involved in fatty acid synthesis and glycolysis, thus they play an important role in plant fatty acid synthesis and accumulation. The expression levels of Rc IVRI1, Rc 1VRI3 and RcA IL5 genes in castor, which were homologous to WRI1 in Arabidopsis thaliana, in the leaves and seeds at different developmental stages were analyzed by semi-quantitative analysis. The results showed that Rc IVRI1 and RcA IL5 gene had a small amount of expression in leaf, and Rc IVRI3 was not expressed; during the seed development process, Rc 1VRI3 gene was expressed only in the early stages of seed development; the expression of RclVRH and RcAIL5 gene during the development increased first and then decreased; the expression of RcWRI1 was higher. In addition, further bioinformatics analysis of Rc 1VRI1, Rc IVRI3, RcA IL5 were carried out.
