逆境胁迫下植物不饱和脂肪酸衍生物介导的防卫信号途径及转录因子研究进展 被引量:2

Research Advances in the Defense Signaling Pathway and Transcription Factors Mediated by Plant Unsaturated Fatty Acid Derivatives under Abiotic Stress

摘要 不饱和脂肪酸衍生物在植物胁迫应答中发挥着重要的生理功能,其介导途径中转录因子结合相应顺式作用元件,特异性调控防御相关基因表达,增强植物对环境胁迫的抗性。本综述概述了逆境胁迫下植物不饱和脂肪酸衍生物合成代谢途径和介导的防卫信号途径,总结了信号转导中相关转录因子的分类、结构及功能研究进展,旨在为植物不饱和脂肪酸衍生物介导途径调控网络在分子育种方面的利用提供参考,以期通过转录因子的遗传修饰改良植物抗逆性。 Unsaturated fatty acids derivatives have an important physiological function in plant stress response, in which transcription factors combine with specific cis-acting elements to form a regulatory network, specifically regulate the expression of related resistance functional genes, and improve the adaptability of plants to environmental stress. This research reviewed the recent advances of plant unsaturated fatty acid metabolic pathways under abiotic stress, derivative-mediated defense signaling pathways and the localization and function of related transcription factors in those, aiming to provide a reference for the use of metabolic pathway of plant unsaturated fatty acid in molecular breeding in terms of improving plant resistance through genetic modification of transcription factors.
