摘要
目的了解成都市基层公共卫生工作人员的职业倦怠情况及其影响因素,并提出干预对策。方法采用整群抽样方法,利用职业倦怠量表及结构式调查问卷对成都市高新区、郫都区、双流区、蒲江县的社区卫生服务中心(公立卫生院)从事公共卫生的工作人员进行调查,采用多元线性回归等方法分析数据。结果 625名被调查者职业倦怠总分平均为45.89±18.22,总检出率为40.32%,低年龄、低月收入、非医学专业、正式在编是职业倦怠的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论成都市基层公共卫生人员职业倦怠总体情况尽管较轻,但年轻及收入低职工职业倦怠不容忽视,特别要加强工作人员在专业方面的准入制度。
[Objective]To investigate the Job burnout status and its influencing factors among basic public health workers in Chengdu City, put forward the intervention countermeasures. [Methods] By the cluster sampling method, public health workers in community health service centre(public hospital) of High-tech District, Pidu District, Shuangliu District and Pujiang County in Chengdu City were investigated with the Maslach Burnout Inventtory-General Survey(MBI-GS) and a structural questionnaire.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. [Results] Among the 625 participants, the mean score of MBI-GS was45.89 ±18.22 and the total detection rate was 40.32%. Younger, lower monthly income, non-medical specialty and formal staff were the risk factors for job burnout(all P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Though job burnout of basic public health workers in Chengdu City is not serious, younger and lower income staffs should not be ignored. In particular, professional access system should be strengthened.
