摘要
目的了解巴彦淖尔市临河地区3家屠宰企业作业工人的职业健康状况,及时发现职工的健康损害,为预防控制职业性布鲁菌病提供可行的防护措施。方法选择巴彦淖尔市临河地区2016年3家屠宰企业501名参加职业健康检查的作业工人,按照GBZ 188-2014《职业健康监护技术规范》的要求进行职业健康检查。结果 2016年巴彦淖尔市临河地区501名作业工人的指标异常检出率为63.3%,其中前3名的是:肝脾肿大13.5%,脂肪肝13.2%,初筛虎红平板凝集阳性11.6%;布鲁菌病的感染率为7.58%,发病率为4.99%;根据数据分析可知,屠宰车间锯工的感染率和发病率最高,分别为40%和20%,接触有害因素工龄≥15年的感染率和发病率最高,分别为25.0%和12.5%,感染率和发病率在性别之间均为男性较高,分别为8.4%和5.1%。结论通过对巴彦淖尔市临河区501名作业工人职业健康检查结果,发现屠宰企业职业性布鲁菌病的发病率较高,对作业工人健康危害较大,必须对接触布鲁菌病的作业工人提供切实可行的防护措施,以保护职业人群的健康。
[Objective]To understand the occupation health status of workers at 3 slaughterhouses in Linhe Area of Bayannaoer,discover health damage, and provide feasible protective measures for the prevention and control of occupational brucellosis.[Methods] According to the requirements of the Occupation health monitoring technology specification(GBZ 188-2014), the occupation health examination was performed among 501 workers at 3 slaughterhouses in Linhe Area of Bayannaoer in 2016.[Results] The detection rate of abnormal indexes among 501 workers was 63.3%, and top three abnormal indexes were hepatosplenomegaly(13.5%), fatty liver(13.2%) and positive result for agglutination of tiger red plate(11.6%). The infection rate of brucellosis was 7.58% and the incidence rate was 4.99%. The data analysis showed that the infection rate and the incidence rate among sawyers in slaughtering workshop were the highest(40% and 20%), those among workers who have been exposed to the harmful factors over 15 years were the highest(25.0% 和 12.5%), while the infection rate and the incidence rate those in males were higher than those in females(8.4% and 5.1%). [Conclusion] Through the analysis on the occupational health examination results of 501 workers in Linhe Area of Bayannaoer, the results reveal that the incidence rate of occupational brucellosis in slaughtering enterprises is high, which has great harm to workers' health. It is necessary to provide the feasible protection measures for workers exposed to brucella to protect their health.
