摘要
为确保大体积混凝土施工质量,除要满足混凝土强度等级外,关键要控制水化热引起的内外温差,防止因温度应力而造成混凝土产生裂缝。本文以32万t/年苯乙烯装置构架8基础为例,阐述冷却循环水降温、内散外蓄综合养护施工技术在实际施工中的应用。
In order to ensure the construction quality of mass concrete,in addition to meet the strength grade of concrete,the key to control the difference in temperature caused by hydration heat,prevent concrete cracks caused by temperature stress.Based on the 320000 t/year styrene device frame 8 foundation as an example,application of circulating cooling water in cooling,scattered storage construction technology in the construction of comprehensive maintenance.
