大量新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备的推广应用对建筑业做出了很大的贡献,比如大幅提高建设、管理的劳动生产率和建筑的整体水平,发展施工专业化,减少繁重、复杂的手工劳动和湿作业;采用现代管理方法和手段,优化资源配置,实行科学的组织和管理,逐渐走出一条建筑工业化发展的新路子。早在2004年合肥经济技术开发区即荣获国家级住宅产业化中心示范基地的称号,多年来由于各种各样的因素,导致该项工作推行缓慢。如何突破传统观念,推进建筑工业化建设,是摆在建设管理者面前的新课题。

Lots of new technologies,new materials,new processes,new equipments are widely used and have made a great contribution to the construction industry,such as substantial increase the construction and management of labor productivity and overall level of construction,develop the professional construction,and reduce heavy and complicated manual labor;adopt the modern management methods and means to optimize the allocation of resources,implement the scientific organization and management,and gradually pile out the new ways of industrialization development.Early in 2004,the Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hefei awarded the designation of National Housing Industrialization Center demonstration base.Over the years due to a variety of factors,leading to the work carried out slowly.So how to break the traditional concept and promote industrialization of construction is a new subject in front of construction managers.
