摘要 现代房屋建设中,较多用砖混结构,它与框架结构相比,可降低造价。通过结构设置构造柱、圈梁等方法来确保证砖混结构的抗震能力。砖混结构有构造柱进行抗震设防,增加了建筑承受地震作用的能力。构造柱既加强墙体的连接,又与圈梁构成立体骨架,提高了建筑刚度,避免墙体产生裂缝,因此构造柱的质量好坏,决定了砖混结构抗震能力。 In the modern housing construction,there are more use of brick and concrete structure.Compared with the frame structure,it can reduce the cost.Through the structure of constructional column,beam and other methods to ensure that the seismic capacity of brick and concrete structure.Brickconcrete structure with constructional column for seismic design,increased ability to withstand seismic building.Connection structure of column not only strengthen the wall,and and the ring beam form a threedimensional framework,improving the construction rigidity,avoid wall cracks,so construction pillar quality,determines the ability of brick masonry structure.
