网络计划方法在项目的进度控制中发挥着重要作用,是进度控制的主要方法,并取得了明显的效益。随着网络计算机化的普及,网络计划技术在工程项目管理的进度控制中应用日益广泛。目前我国在网络应用上,基本上停留在计划的编制上。如何在施工管理中提高网络计划技术的应用水平是本文所要讨论的问题。

The network planning method in the progress control of project plays an important role,is the main method of schedule control,and obvious benefit is achieved.With the popularization of computer network,the network planning technology application in the progress control of project management in the increasingly widespread.At present our country in the network application,basically remain in the plan.How to improve the application level of network planning technology in construction management in this paper is to discuss the problem.
