Application of Cost Management System in Construction Management

建筑施工业是一项高投资的项目,所以对项目所需花费的成本进行评估预算,以及在施工中对资金的如何分配使用和核算的分析等都非常关键,也是一项专业性非常强的活动,如何做到科学有效的成本管理对整个建筑工程的运行和完工以及效益收益率等都有直接关系。笔者为此研究了建筑施工行业的成本管理系统以及在整个建筑施工管理中的应用问题,旨在提高对成本管理的认识和不断促进成本管理的科学化和有效性。

The construction industry is a high investment projects.It is very critical to assess the budget of project cost,as well as to analyze the allocation and accounting of the capital in construction.It is also a very professional activity.How to achieve cost management scientifically and effectively has a direct effect on the whole construction project operation and completion of the works and benefit rate.This paper studies on the cost management system for construction industry and the application problems in construction management,in order to improve the understanding of cost management and constantly promote cost management more scientific and effective.
