作为一个工程项目而言,对其造价产生影响的因素有很多,贯穿于整个工程的每一个环节,工程设计、原材料采购、施工等阶段的诸多因素,都会对造价产生影响,这些因素对项目的投资和回报产生直接的作用。因此,对工程项目的风险因素进行控制有十分重要的意义。本文主要针对工程项目造价风险控制的现状进行分析,提出强化风险控制的措施,解决工程项目造价控制能力不足的问题,从而实现工程项目的整体经济效益及社会效益。

As a project,there are many factors affecting its cost.Throughout every aspect of the entire project,including engineering design,procurement of raw materials,construction phase and many other factors will have an impact on cost.These factors directly act on investment and profit of the project.Therefore,to control the risking factors of the project is of great significance.This article focused on analyzing the control status of the project cost risk,proposes the strengthen risk control measures,to solve the problem of lack of ability to control project cost,in order to achieve the project 's overall economic and social benefits.
