摘要
在91年之前,我国是按照着前苏联建筑工程的计价模式,工程建筑的项目实行按照"量价合一,固定取费"的计价模式,那么这种模式是遵循预计的定额规定的分部分项工程。自从《计价规范》的颁布与实施以来,我国的建筑工程定额造价和清单计价应用得到了很好的控制和规范,经过了几年的实践表明,计价规范是因为经济体制在改革中不断的进行深入,从质变转化成量变,同时也是程定额造价的一项重要的革命,从某种角度上来讲还是计量方法的一次革新。
Before 1991,our country uses valuation model of the former Soviet Union construction,engineering construction projects in accordance with the ' price of integration,valuation mode fixed fee ',so this model is a subpart of the project which is expected to follow a fixed.Since the promulgation and implementation of ' code of valuation ',our country architectural engineering quota cost valuation application has been very good control and specification,after several years of practice shows that,the code of valuation is because the economic system reform deeply,from the qualitative into quantitative change,at the same time also is an important revolution of quota cost,an innovation from a certain Angle terms.
