火灾事故中,常常使人的精神过度紧张并产生恐惧心理,形成恐慌行为。本文提出了确保高层建筑疏散安全的对策,探讨了一些在高层建筑性能化设计中可用于安全疏散方案对策的安全性和有效性。
The spirit of the people is excessive tension in fire accidents and generates fear,and form a panic behavior.This article proposes countermeasures to ensure the evacuation of highrise building security and explore the safety and effectiveness that can be used for the safe evacuation in performancebased design of highrise buildings.
