随着国民经济的发展,城镇化进程的加快,民用建筑能耗呈稳步上升的态势,加剧了我国能源压力,制约着国民经济的可持续发展。本文分析了民用建筑节能必要性,提出了民用建筑节能存在的问题,总结了民用建筑节能技术措施。

Along with the development of national economy,and accelerated urbanization,the trend of civil building energy consumption is steadily rising.It aggravates our country's energy pressure,restricts the sustainable development of national economy.This paper analyses the necessity of energy conservation for civil buildings,and puts forward the problems,and summarizes the technical measures of energy conservation for civil buildings.
