Application of OPC Technology in the SCADA System

针对实际的公路隧道监控系统,论述了OPC技术及其在SCADA系统中的应用,给出了开发OPC服务器的要点和部分关键代码以及读取现场设备数据的流程图,并利用西门子的WinCC监控软件设计了WinCC应用程序,将OPC服务器和WinCC应用程序分别应用到Profibus现场总线系统和基于以太网的工业控制系统当中,提高了系统的开放性和互操作性,有效地实现了控制系统与企业信息系统的集成。

OPC technology and its application in the SCADA system is described, and the key design points and partial key codes of developing the OPC server and also the flow chart of reading data from field device are given. An WinCC application was designed using the WinCC software, the OPC server and application have been used in the Profibus system and industrial control system based on Ethernet respectively, which improve the system's openness and implement the integration of control system and enterprise information system effectively.
