火焰监视技术在氧化铝熟料回转窑中的应用

摘要 主要介绍了东大自动化有限公司开发的多媒体火焰监视系统,该系统应用于中国铝业山西分公司氧化铝熟料烧成回转窑的烧成带火焰监视过程。这套系统实现了利用计算机对熟料回转窑烧成带自动进行火焰监测与分析,以及对图像录像系统的管理与控制。解决了看火人员在恶劣环境下监视、监控水平低的问题,实际应用中取得了良好效果。实践证明,该系统控制准确度高、可靠性好,提高了大窑出料品质,具有推广应用价值。 The application of flame picture surveillance system in an alumina clinker rotary kiln in Shanxi branch of China Aluminium Co., Ltd is introduced. The flame picture surveillance system was manufactured by NEU Automation Co., Ltd. The flame picture surveillance system could measure and analyze the temperature of flame. The system solves the problem that people watch and control the flame, and the practice proves that the system has high precise and reliable. It has obtained good results in the practical application.
