摘要 介绍了PLC和变频器在钢坯热轧高压水除鳞系统中的应用,由于在除鳞系统中采用了西门子S7-315PLC和MicroMaster440(简称MM440)变频器,使高压水除鳞系统控制准确、泵启动及运行平稳、除鳞压力调整范围宽,使除鳞系统能够适应轧制不同钢种需要。同时节约电能,既减少了轧辊磨损,延长换辊周期,同时又提高了除鳞泵喷嘴等的使用寿命,减少设备磨损,降低了运行成本,也使钢坯除净率大大提高。系统无冲击振动,消除了水锤,解决了除鳞系统管网普遍存在的因冲击振动造成的管路开焊、管座基础松动等不容易解决的难题。 The application of the PLC and inverter in high pressure water scale removing system for hot rolled steel billet are introduced. By usings S7-315 and Siemens 440 inverter to govern the speed of the scale removing pump, the system will operate smoothly with wide range pressure control. Meanwhile it can save the electrical energy, cut down the wear of the equipment and reduce the production costs. Therefore the scale removing system can meet the needs of different kinds of steel and the cleaning rate will also be improved greatly. The system has no concusion vibration, no water hammer-pipline welding open and pipe base flexible can be solved.
