摘要
八钢3 500 mm中厚板轧机实现全线全自动生产,其中,基础自动化速度控制技术至关重要。主要描述如何通过金属秒流量相等原理进行设定速度分配、使用最优位置控制曲线进行停车位置计算和翘扣头控制等方法实现生产线速度控制运行稳定和可靠的目的。通过长时间的连续生产证明速度控制技术效果良好,且多项控制手段可推广于热轧。
The medium plate mill of Xinjiang Ba Yi Steel is a full automatic production assembly line.The Speed control technology of basic automation is a very important way in the full automatic production.In this paper,mainly introduce the metal flow principle and how the speed reference distribution,stop position calculation with optimal position control curve and plate head ski - on control technology which ensure the speed control technology in assembly line work steadily.It is proved that the speed control is very good during long-time continual production and some control technology is also suit for hot mill.
