摘要
以某低速二冲程柴油机作为研究对象,通过分析该柴油机外特性和主机遥控系统功能,建立其数学模型,详细讲述了船舶主机遥控逻辑控制在AB PLC中的实现过程。项目所开发船舶主机模拟器充分集成PLC控制、PIMS监控、虚拟现实及WEB发布等技术于一体,使软件与硬件相结合、虚拟与现实相结合,应用虚拟现实技术仿真操作对象的运动过程。整个主机遥控系统硬件配置灵活、简单、维护方便,可靠性高,系统在技术上先进,在功能上符合国际海事组织和国家海事局对高级船员培训的要求。
a low speed two stroke diesel engine as the research object,through the analysis of the diesel engine performance and the main engine remote control system function,establishes the mathematical model,a detailed account of the ship main engine remote control logic control of implementation process in AB PLC is proposed.Marine engine simulator projects by the development of fully integrated PLC control,PIMS surveillance,virtual reality and WEB publishing technology,the software and hardware integration,a combination of virtual and reality,the application of virtual reality simulation operation object motion process.The main engine remote control system hardware configuration flexible,simple,easy maintenance,high reliability,system technically advanced,function accords with the International Maritime Organization and the National Maritime Bureau for officer training requirements.
