摘要
针对复杂的非线性预测控制问题,提出了一种基于Hammerstein模型的非线性预测控制算法。通过引入T-S模糊模型来逼近非线性过程,并采用ARX模型求解线性最优控制律。将非线性预测控制问题转化为非线性模型辨识和线性预测控制问题。最后将此算法应用于化工生产中具有典型非线性、时变性和滞后性的pH中和反应过程,仿真结果表明该算法的有效性和可实现性。
A nonlinear predictive control algorithm based on Hammerstein model is proposed for a typical kind of nonlinear complex process.T-S model is used to approximate the static nonlinearity of the Hammerslein model,and a linear autoregressive model with exogenous input is used to solve the results of optimal control.This nonlinear predictive controller designed based on the Hammerstein model make good use of the ability of universal approach nonlinear of T-S model,and divide the question of nonlinear predictive control into the nonlinear model recognization and the question of linear predictive control.Simulation results and experiment result illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed control.
