宝钢不锈钢冷轧混气站控制系统的设计

摘要 随着冶金行业的发展,各主生产单元对相关的公共辅助系统(如供配电系统、循环水系统、煤气系统)提出更高的要求。对于宝钢集团不锈钢事业部新建冷轧工程,需要为冷轧提供质量合格的混合煤气。概述了宝钢集团不锈钢事业部冷轧混气站的作用、控制系统的功能与构成。针对不锈钢事业部冷轧混气站的工艺情况,对其控制系统的控制方式和调节方法进行了详细分析。该控制系统的工艺方案能够满足冷轧工程的生产需求,控制方案运行稳定,满足生产控制工艺要求和实际生产操作需要,热值基本稳定在要求范围内。随着运行人员对于冷轧单元对于煤气使用工艺情况的深入了解,对于控制系统的软件功能可以进一步不断优化,对于提升热值的稳定仍有一定的上升空间。 With the development of iron and steel industry,all kinds of production units request more for the corresponding auxiliary system(for example;supply and distribution system,circulating water system、gas system).The new project of Cold in Stainless Steel Division of Baosteel Group is to provide qualified mix gas for Cold.This article describes the function of the Cold mix gas station, the function and constitution of the control system.With the process conditions of the Cold mix gas station,This article analyzes the control and adjustment method of the control system in detail.The process program can meet the production requirement of Cold project. The process program runs stably and meet the operation requirement of technology and production.Calorific value meets the required range.With the understand of the operating the software function can be optimized.It has rising space with the stable of the calorific value.
