慢走丝线切割机床监控设计

摘要 慢走丝线切割机床是进行精密加工的重要仪器之一。而对数控线切割机床的状态进行实时监控对于保障机床长期可靠的运行有重要的意义。基于线切割机床监控和故障处理的现状和难点,本文设计了一个基于串口的线切割机床监控系统。本文通过对柔性制造系统中低速慢走丝线切割机床工作机理的分析,在线切割机床和监控PC机之间建立了一个基于串口通讯的状态监控系统,实现线切割机床与监控机之间进行命令和状态等信息的交互。状态监控系统主要包括建立线切割的工艺加工数据库、机床与监控机之间的串口通讯程序以及加工状态监控界面设计等,从而实现对机床切割过程和故障等的实时监控,同时能够对加工过程和以往的工艺数据进行存储和分析等处理。 Monitoring the condition of low wire cutting machining has important significance for long time reliable work of the machine. This paper analyses the principle of wire-cutting machine,and a supervise and control system is designed based on serial port.The system include the monitoring interface of the cutting process,processing data and communication program.Meanwhile,the system can store and analyse the processing data.
