摘要
从征信涉诉典型案例入手,从人民银行、金融机构、社会公众三个方面结合法律、行为、观念认识等维度深入分析征信业务潜在的法律风险,认为防范这些风险应完善征信法律体系、依法处理征信业务投诉、加强征信业务监管和从业人员管理、畅通征信异议处理渠道、强化征信知识宣传教育。
By selecting typical litigation cases related to credit reporting, viewed from three aspects of the People' s Bank of China, financial institutions and social public, and from such dimensions as the law, behavior, concepts etc. , the paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the potential legal risks of credit reporting business. In order to effectively prevent and control the related risks, we should improve the legal system of credit reporting, deal with the complaints of credit reporting according to laws, strengthen the supervision and management of participants in credit reporting, expedite the channels of objection processing, and strengthen the publicity and education of credit reporting.
