摘要
本文报导福州某超高层建筑基础在现场以常规工艺制作强度C55的砼预制桩质量控制监理。经检测强度达到C60。断面0.45m×0.45m的桩施工中在6000kN以上压桩力作用下桩身保持完整。本文详细叙述了为达到这一强度标准的详细的质量监理措施。
This article reports a quality supervision in making precast square C55 concrete piles with the conventional technology for a super high-rise building foundation in Fuzhou city. The test shows the strength reaches C60. The pile whose sectional dimension is 0.45m×0.45m keeps integrated under the 6000kN pile-sinking pressure. The detailed quality-supervising measures for reaching the strength standard are described.
