建筑企业现代化管理中技术人员的能力要求探索

On the Capacities Required of Technical Personnel in the Modernized Management in Architectural Enterprises

本文分析了建筑企业现代化管理对工程技术人员能力和素质的要求,提出学校教育应适应企业现代化管理的需要,注意拓宽专业面,注重职业能力和全面素质的培养。同时,企业也应加强生产第一线职工的继续教育。

The present article analyses the requirements demanded by the modernized manage-ment in architectural enterprises of engineering technical workers in their capacities and personal qualities, and it points out that school education should adapt itself to the modernized management in enterprises by offering new specialized courses and paying more attention to the cultivation of students’ professional abilities and overall qualities. On the other hand, workers at the forefront of production in enterprises should also be given more follow-up education.
