摘要 东北红豆杉Taxus cuspidata幼苗期易发根腐病。通过形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法对东北红豆杉根腐病病原菌进行鉴定,并在实验室内纯培养条件下对病原菌进行生物学特性研究。结果表明:东北红豆杉根腐病病原菌为茄腐皮镰孢菌Fusarium solani(Mart.)App.et Woll.,病原菌菌丝生长最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,最适pH值为6.0,菌丝生长适宜温度为20~35℃,最佳光照条件为12∶12光暗交替。 Root rot disease is a serious problem in seedling stage of Taxus cuspidata. By morphological and molecular biological methods, the pathogen of root rot disease of T. cuspidata was identified,and the biological characteristics of the pathogenic bacteria were studied under the condition of pure cultivation in the lab. The result showed that the pathogen of root rot disease of T. cuspidata was Fusarium solani(Mart.) App. et Woll. Sucrose was the optimum carbon source for the mycelium of pathogenic bacteria.Peptone was the optimum nitrogen source. The optimum pH value was 6. 0. The optimum temperature was between 20 ℃ and 35 ℃ for mycelium; the optimum light condition was 12∶ 12 alternation of light and darkness.
