外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测在肺癌诊断和治疗中的应用

Detection application of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer

目的探讨外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测在肺癌诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取89例肺癌患者作为研究对象,另选择同期健康体检者89例作为对照组,肺癌组检测治疗前和术后2周的淋巴细胞亚群水平,与对照组比较。结果在治疗前,肺癌患者的总T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、Th细胞/Tc细胞、总B细胞与对照组比较显著降低;Tc细胞比例较对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);NK细胞比例与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗2周后,总T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、Th细胞/Tc细胞较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),但与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Tc细胞与对照组比较,轻度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总B细胞与治疗前相比无明显变化,与对照组相比,亦无明显差异;NK细胞在治疗后,与治疗前和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测有助于评估肺癌患者治疗前后机体的免疫水平,具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the detection value of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Methods Eighty-nine patients with lung cancer were randomly selected as the subjects. 89 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of lymphocyte subsets in the lung cancer group before treatment and 2 weeks later were compared with the control group. Results Before treatment,the total T lymphocytes,Th cells,Th cells/Tc cells,total B cells in lung cancer patients significantly reduced compared with the control group. The proportion of Tc cells was significantly higher than that of the control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The proportion of NK cells was compared with the control group,with the differences not statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After 2 weeks of treatment,the total T lymphocytes,Th cells,Th cells/Tc cells were significantly higher than that before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,but compared with the control group,the differences were not statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Tc cells were slightly higher than that of control group,with the difference statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. There were no significant changes in total B cells,compared with that before treatment,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group; after treatment,the difference of NK cells compared with the control group before treatment was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The detection of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets is helpful to evaluate the immune level of lung cancer patients before and after treatment,which is of clinical significance.
