摘要
目的掌握四川省达州市食源性蜡样芽胞杆菌药物敏感情况。方法采用MIC法对分离的65株蜡样芽胞杆菌进行12种抗生素药物敏感试验。结果所检蜡样芽胞杆菌进行12种抗生素药敏试验,65株菌总体耐药率为95.38%(62/65),有3株完全敏感。对头孢曲松耐药率最高,为92.31%;其次为青霉素(86.15%)、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑(20.00%)、亚胺培南(3.08%);对万古霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、氯霉素、利福平完全敏感;对红霉素中介耐药最高4株,亚胺培南2株,克林霉素中介耐药1株。结论达州市市售食品中存在一定的蜡样芽胞杆菌污染,提示应采取有效的卫生措施,防止污染,对蜡样芽胞杆菌的感染治疗应根据药敏实验结果进行针对性选择治疗药物。
Objective To investigate the drug sensitivity of food-borne Bacillus cereus in Dazhou. Methods 65 strains of Bacillus cereus were conducted for drug sensitivity tests of 12 antibiotics by MIC. Results Among the 65 strains of Bacillus cereus conducted for drug sensitive tests of 12 antibiotics,the overall resistance rate was 95. 38%( 62/65),and the 3 strains were completely sensitive. The highest resistance rate was to ceftriaxone( 92. 31%),followed by penicillin( 86. 15%),trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole( 20. 00%),and imipenem( 3. 08%). 65 strains of Bacillus cereus were completely sensitive to vancomycin,amikacin,tetracycline,ciprofloxacin,chloramphenicol,rifampicin,and the highest intermediate was erythromycin( 4 strains),followed by imipenem( 2 strains),clindamycin( 1 strain). Conclusion There was contamination of Bacillus cereus in food in Dazhou,indicating to take effective health measures to prevent contamination,and the treatment of Bacillus cereus infection should be targeted on the selection of drugs according to the results of drug sensitivity test.
