摘要
目前工商管理专业人才培养模式在教学内容、课程设置、教学方法等方面存在很多问题。要培养创新型人才,必须密切关注市场需求,按照知识经济发展趋势和工商管理教育的发展规律,进行改革与创新。
The main problems in curriculum arragement,curriculum content,teaching method and comprehensive ability of under-graduate students etc.are various.Some concrete suggestions on curriculum system,teaching method and teacher team construction of the innovative talents cultivation in business administration are put forward.
